Slow Cooker Orange-Cranberry Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients:

1 cup steel cut oats

3 ½ cups water

¼ cup dried cranberries

1 orange, juiced and zested

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¾ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

⅓ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Toppings- dried cranberries, chopped pecans, maple syrup
Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker (except toppings), then stir thoroughly to combine.

Cook on the warm setting overnight or 6-8 hours.

Top each individual serving with desired toppings.
