Slow Cooker Orange-Cranberry Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steel cut oats

  • 3 ½ cups water

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • 1 orange, juiced and zested

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Toppings- dried cranberries, chopped pecans, maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker (except toppings), then stir thoroughly to combine.

  2. Cook on the warm setting overnight or 6-8 hours.

  3. Top each individual serving with desired toppings.
