Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, add in the cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Using a whisk or whisk attachment, beat on high speed for about 2 minutes, or until soft peaks form. You can whisk more or less, depending on how stiff you want your cream to be! Taste your whipped cream, then add more sugar, vanilla, or salt to suit your tastes.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
