You will be craving this all summer long (and in any season, really) once you give this recipe a try! It comes together so quickly and easily, too!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag frozen peaches
  • 1 12 oz bag frozen mixed berries any berries will work
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • vanilla ice cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Toss together the frozen peaches, frozen berries, cornstarch and almond extract in a 9×13″ baking dish. Set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cut the butter into small cubes (either with a knife or break apart with your fingers), then stir it in with the dry ingredients. Blend it in with your hands until it resembles coarse sand, with only small clumps of butter remaining. Spread evenly over the berry mixture.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top. Scoop into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream.

Recipe Notes

You can skip the peaches and use all frozen berries. This works with any combination of frozen fruit and berries!
