Eggnog French Toast
This festive twist on classic french toast will have even those not so fond of eggnog begging for seconds!

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups eggnog
- 5 eggs
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 12 slices hearty white bread challah, texas toast, or french bread
Instructions

Preheat an electric griddle to 350 degrees, or heat a large pan on the stove top to medium heat.

In a mixing bowl whisk together eggnog, eggs, nutmeg, vanilla extract and salt.

Pour mixture into a wide, shallow dish, and dip bread into mixture. Transfer to buttered griddle and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook opposite side until golden.

Top with fresh fruit, syrup, and whipped cream.
